Albert, Louise and Berkey

Thank you for your continued prayers for this wonderful family. I have good news to report. Albert is home, his surgery went very well. His surgeons gave him a colostomy bag, however in 6 months, he will go back into surgery to have it reversed – how awesome is that??

Louise is doing much better, she has been getting rest, although she still has a bit of catching up to do. She is in much better spirits and regaining her strength every day.

Berkey is doing such a fine job helping his mom and dad. By honoring his mother and father, he will have a long and fruitful life on this earth.

Please continue to lift them all up in prayer, ask God to continue to build their immune systems, restore their energy and strength and fortify their faith in Him, Jehovah Rophe our healer!

Please, please, please forgive me for being soooo late in posting this most wonderful praise report.  Thanks to your prayers and God’s plan for my daughter, she got the job at CHOP!  She’s almost done her 90 day probationary period and she loves working there.

To top everything off, she recently moved to Phila. and into a new apartment with her boyfriend Chris (he’s such a great guy and so good for Daniele, we all love him a bunch) and she is so happy.

I’ve told everyone that I believe Chris will propose sometime this year and they will end up getting married in 2 years -  call it a mother’s intuition!

Just wanted to give everyone an update about my brother – sorry I should have done this sooner…

His accident was really bad, but he’s doing much much better. He ended up with over 30 staples in his head, road rash on his head, shoulder and hip, a messed up leg and lots of other boo-boo’s. He lost his wallet and his cell phone and whatever else he had on his bike, plus his bike was totalled – - but at least he wasn’t.

He’s in a lot of pain which is understandable but now he’s dealing with the “legal” repercussions from the state of Texas. They’re trying to say that he was speeding, which cannot be verified because there were NO witnesses – no one else was on the road at the time. The problem occurred because of the terrible condition of their road and the fact that it was raining causing very hazardous road conditions. Now get this – Texas does not have a helmet law, so my brother and his friend were not wearing their helmets (which if you ask me is crazy, but i don’t like motorcycles to begin with) and they were both issued tickets for not wearing helmets! Is that beyond nuts or what. It’s sad when people or our government try to capitolize on other people’s misfortune.

He’s very blessed to still be on this earth and for that we praise and thank God. We also thank you for all your prayers and ask that you continue to lift him up as he heals and believe that all his “legal” issues will be removed!

Please join me in lifting Donald up in prayer.  He suffers from the skin disorder, Psoraisis and is also experiencing other physical ailments along with anxiety.

Father, we come to you in the name of Jehovah Rophe, our healer.  In Your mighty and powerful name we speak to Donald’s skin and declare it to perform in the perfection you created it to function.  Your word flows through his bloodstream restoring every cell, removes any scarring, dryness and itching.  The mere mention of Your name restores every cell transforming his body.   As we speak, strenghten our faith so that Your word, power and the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus sets him free from the bondage of his body and mind and the law of sin and death.  Lord, Your Life is energizing every cell of his body giving him a testimony that will glorify You.  Body, we speak the Word of faith to you and demand that every internal organ perform a perfect work.  Father, because of Your Word, Donald is more than an overcomer.  Through Your truth Lord, he overcomes the world, flesh and the devil by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of his testimony.  Lord, continue the perfect work You have begun and send your angels to him and cover him like a blanket in Your peace to cover his mind and contine the healing in his body.   Surround Donald with friends and family that will lift him up.  Father, guard his thoughts against any words or feelings that will cause him to doubt the victory he walks in.  In Jesus’ precious and mighty name.  Amen

Have you experienced the Truth today? In the natural, we don’t normally think of truth as something we experience, but Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” Truth is the very essence of who God is. It’s empowering. It will make you free! Truth comes from the Word of God.

When you accept and believe God’s Word, something liberating happens on the inside of you. The lies of the enemy are broken in your life. You begin to experience freedom you never thought was possible! And there’s a difference between Truth and facts. The facts are what you see and the Truth is what God sees.

If you are feeling burdened and heavy about something today, ask God to show you His Truth about that situation. Study His Word until you find His promise for that area of your life. Meditate on His promises and declare His Truth in your life. As you declare God’s Truth you will experience the freedom He promised and live in victory all the days of your life!

A Prayer for Today

God, thank You for Your Truth which sets me free. Open my understanding to Your Word today so I may experience your liberty in every area of my life. I bless Your holy Name and love You today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
